Are we being cynical for pointing out how lucrative this has been with so little result?
I understand political consultants get paid by ad buys, but Jeb Bush's campaign was terrible. While a lot of that blame goes to the candidate, some of it has to go to his campaign team.
Is it unconscionable to blow through over$100 $150 million in campaign donations when it is clear there is no upside? Jeb started weak and got weaker at time went on. Is it appropriate for a Mike Murphy and others in his campaign to continue tearing down other candidates and dodging Donald Trump? Was this a legitimate strategy to keep Jeb viable or just consultants into spending all the money as fast as they could so they could reap the ad buys?
