Michael Totten had a heartbreaking story on the impact terrorism has had on the people of Sousse, Tunisia. We can only hope things can change and Tunisia can bounce back (it is difficult when there is a town in your country that make terrorists). Unfortunately terrorism is taking its toll and the targets are often moderate Arab and Muslim countries.
So why not a Rule 5 on the women of Tunisia?
