Sinatra does a wonderful job with this Rogers & Hart standard. The Sinatra biography on HBO had Sinatra singing this song when his voice broke in the early 50s and then reports on his acting comeback helped more by Ava Gardner than his Godfather.
Update: Pundette had this upbeat Where or When from Sinatra at the Sands (with Quincy Jones and the Count Basie Orchestra). I should have linked it sooner!
