Douglas Sterling: Banned for Life from NBA, Sell the Clippers

The NBA decided enough is enough...
Rule 5 Raaaaacism
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is disgusted with more than just Stirling...  (Update: I agree with Darcy's comments/post)

I suspect there are a few cities looking to pick up a team (Seattle comes to mind)

Update:
So why the lifetime ban?

(Ex)girlfriend sad over ban, says she did not release the audio…
Riding out on a rail...
UCLA returning enough money to cover Sterling's fine with the NBA
Ben Shapiro: NBA can't legally terminate Stirling's ownership of the team?
Well this should be entertaining.  I have no problem with what the NBA did. I am not saying it is right or wrong, it is a business decision between a club of billionaires. Stirling can sue to enforce his rights. The NBA are a bunch of hypocrites, Stirling is a doddering old jerk of the highest order. They deserve one another.
Sterling says he will sue NBA…
American Power: Given the taxes if he sells, Sterling may fight the NBA

  1. I suppose this will give a whole new meaning to the phrase, "of sterling character."

  2. If he decides to fight this, it's gonna be fun.

PS How can the League fine him for free speech?

    That, he should definitely fight.
