If Ukrainians sign up for ObamaCare, Obama will wave visa requirement for them to come to the US, stay at a Holiday Inn. And depending on many people you can encourage to sign up Obama will personally take you to Disney World. Obama wants Ukrainians to know that he is willing to do more for them, but Republicans wont let him. Republicans are like Putin. In fact, Putin was a republican before he was KGB. Little known fact.
