Bill O'Reilly pre Super Bowl interview with President Obama

Bill O'Reilly interviewed President Obama today.  I give O'Reilly credit for pressing the President on the Affordable Care rollout, Benghazi and the IRS audit scandal.  Unfortunately he was limited in time and the President refused to answer.

But then I had to make some blue cheese dip for the wings.  So on to bigger and better things.

Update:
Ace has links.
TOM: Obama refuses to answer questions...
TOM: What IRS Scandal?
“not even a smidgen of corruption.”

I.R.S SCANDAL UPDATE: Obama denies any wrongdoing on IRS, Benghazi. “President Obama said Sunday there was “not even a smidgen” of corruption in the IRS targeting of conservative groups, and that his team did not try to deceive the nation about the terrorist attack in Benghazi to aid his reelection bid in 2012. In a contentious interview with Bill O’Reilly of Fox News before the Super Bowl, the president said he doesn’t remember meeting with former IRS chief Douglas Shulman during any of Mr. Shulman’s 157 visits to the White House during his first term.”
This reminds me of something: “Number of times that Hillary Clinton, providing testimony to Congress, said that she didn’t remember, didn’t know, or something similar: 250.”

  1. This was on one of the tv's at the gym today, thankfully w/ the sound off.

That was bad enough, as they're two people whose facial expressions I find equally and highly annoying. Listening would've pushed my HR way above my target rate.

  2. Watched a bit over half of it. O'Reilly did ask tough questions, but with not much follow up and Obama denying everything; it was a pretty boring interview. So even though the questions were tough, the interview itself was very weak.

    1. That was because he was limited in time, he had to get his questions in on each topic and Obama just denied them. Any other president would be pressed by the rest of the press corps after a performance like that.

  3. Overall, a bad day for the Demos.
