Poor policing in New Mexico

This would make a great police training video on what not to do when pulling someone over.  This is a lot of confusion (no doubt partially due to the driver and the son getting out).  But this is how to escalate a confrontation, not de-escalate it (which is what good cops do). And there is no justification for shooting at a van full of kids under these circumstances.

What is up with cops in New Mexico?

  1. You gotta love the squat stance while that fat pig is firing at the van. What the hell.

    1. I get how cops get riled up when someone does not follow their directions or instructions. But I suspect she did not fully comprehend the first instruction (that happens). From there things quickly spin out of control. A good police officer helps calm a situation down. You can give commands and be polite and civil.

In a short amount of time you have a cop firing at a mother and a van full of kids. WTF is that?

  2. They were both at fault. The mom could have gotten her children killed. But shooting at the vehicle? Really? If firing a weapon is only justified in cases of self defense for citizens, the same law should apply to Pigs, I mean cops. You or I would be arrested if we shot at a vehicle going in the opposite direction from us. That's a fact. And even though the mom was wrong in her actions, that cop should be fired and prosecuted. It will never happen though. Those scum are above the law.
