The Blaze is reporting this state of emergency. The attack was in Al-Arish. There are a lot of Palestinians and Hamas/Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers in Al Arish and Rafah location (given its proximity to Gaza). But it is only about six and a half hours driving to Sharm el Sheikh where all the diving tourists and related hotels are.
