Bob Menendez says the bill does not have sufficient votes to get approved by the Senate.  Good news.  This bill is terribly flawed and while the status quo is not good, this law (if it passes) makes things worse.  

Marco Rubio:  Being sandwiched by Schumer and Menendez is probably not a place you should be...
