  2. The inequalities are not fixed in time. What were they say 100 years ago and have the inequalities improved or worsened.

    1. The statistics have improved, and dramatically so. And that is true worldwide, although the most dramatic developments are obviously 1st world countries or countries showing strong economic growth (North and South America, Australia/NZ, Europe, Japan, Korea, China, India, parts of the middle east, etc.).
