Nigella Lawson: Flour-less chocolate with Margarita Cream



While not a Passover recipe, this recipe would work for Pesach if you use Passover Kosher ingredients (well you might should not be able to use the grain based liquors in the Margarita cream, but agave tequilas I believe are okay, remember cheaper tequilas are made with corn and other grains).  But you can adjust accordingly and enjoy whether you are celebrating Passover or not.

    OMGosh I do love Nigella Lawson. I have two of her cookbooks and follow her online. I recently took some photos of wine in my kitchen and in everyone of them, I had a Nigella book behind them.

    In one of her TV shows she had guests in her dining room. It had not a single window, but every wall was lined with books. I adored it and would have it if I could.
