Hess Oil to close last New Jersey oil refinery

Hot Air's Jazz Shaw has the story.  The market is changing and with these new shale oil discoveries in the West, the money needed to upgrade refineries far from those finds do not make sense.  Maybe Kris Kristiekreme can cry to Obama to block the Keystone pipeline some more, but it will not save this refinery.
