Breastaurants. Robbie Burns. Scotland. Tilted Kilt. It is time for Scottish Rule 5.

The Breastaurant trend needs a Rule 5 post. And who doesn't like a Scottish theme?  Robert Burns Day just passed and I am guessing Robbie Burns would have approved of this establishment.  Even if there always are some who will carp, there are others who love it. It is all about freedom!
