The visual animation is quite amazing. The story did lag in parts, but things come together in the end. It is not the greatest Pixar film ever, but it is still a solid film. I do not want to give the film away, other than to say it had an interesting mother daughter relationship theme. It is an excellent mother daughter movie.
Maybe someday a boy will be the hero of an adventure movie.

DeleteWell, girls used to be in adventure movies only so heroic boys could rescue them. Like many, I found this a much more credible use for them.
