Mitt Romney has better than 80% chance to be the GOP nominee?

Larry J. Sabato: "Barring a massive, difficult to fathom shift in this contest, Mitt Romney has a better than 80% chance to be the GOP nominee. No amount of wild tapping on CNN’s magic wall will alter those odds..."
Is Sabato wrong?
Rick Santorum stated before Tuesday that his victory path is through a brokered convention.
Intrade is currently at 88.6% in favor of Mitt Romney  Rick Santorum is 4.5%, Ron Paul 1.3% and Newt Gingrich at 0.6%.
Maybe I am reading too much into it, but Newt's folks seem like they are about 5:00 a.m. after an epic all night game of Risk, defending their remaining handful of forces on Australia, and overly aggressive from too much Red Bull and Monster.
DaTechGuy is saying the long primary season is helping the GOP (that is true in part).
Rush:  The GOP's problem is psychological.
