A disturbing story where Chinese individuals are having dozens and at least in once case more than a hundred surrogate births in the United States. How is this the least bit legal? Well guess what, the surrogacy industry is mostly unregulated in the United States. Sure, there are legitimate surrogacies, but given how regulated things like nail care and haircutting are, how come no oversight of this industry?
