Dick Cavett and Orson Wells

Great interview. Fascinating observations from Wells. Cavett is a good listener.

  1. What’s the opposite of plausible deniability?
    Just plausible enough?
    Verisimilitude, if not Truth?
As entertaining in its own way as a thoroughly lit Peter O’Toole on some talk show admitting that in the green room he partook of the free booze - all while telling a story of how his father didn’t want him wearing green to bookie meetings so rebellious son he was, he wore green socks, so Dad was less likely to notice.
