More on Janet Napolitano and Dora Shiro...don't you feel more secure already!  Dora Shiro got a job running New York City's Department of Corrections (and hired by Mayor Bloomberg).  Suzanne Barr was one of Janet Napolitano's senior staff at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but she recently had to take a leave of absence....

On one occasion, Suzanne Barr called a colleague in his hotel room and
screamed using sexually explicit language, telling him
she ‘wanted his c*** in the back of [her] throat’.
