Unpopular Opinion: If the prosecution did not disclose key evidence until the middle of trial (I do not know if that happened, but the court thought so), the case must be dismissed. Double jeopardy attaches - he cannot be retried.

The supposedly "withheld evidence" had to do with the source of the round that Alec Baldwin used to kill Halyna Hutchins.…
I seem to recall that the prosecution withheld evidence in the Chauvin trial. Didn't seem to make a difference there.
