Utopia: A Review

Depressing, dark, and very violent (overly so). The premise is a graphic novel series with a bunch of fan/cult folks following it, that turns out to be far more sinister than they initially realize. John Cussack plays a pretty convincing progressive who has a plan to save the planet. Rainn Wilson a gullible biotech researcher. Given how nillistic and narcissistic most tech and biotech gurus are...it is probably not too far off the mark. If you dig graphic novels and conspiracy theories (and a Donnie Darko vibe), this triller may be for you.

Rotten Tomatoes: Utopia (critics mostly hate it)
