Feminism: Nature or Nurture?

Is the science settled on this issue? 

I normally would not be crazy enough to disagree with Robert Stacy McCain on issues of feminism, but while feminists almost universally tend to have hall monitor tendencies, are they born that way or is it the result of nurture?

Feminists: Are they born that way or are they made (say by a bad male relationship early on)

Bonus Topic:  Stacy McCain make an observation of the animal noise when Feminists are presented with facts that disagree with their rigid ideologies. Actually, my visual and auditory observation is more like this.
