Scott Walker's Enemies Attempt To Smear Him (again)

"These documents show how the John Doe prosecutors adopted a blatantly unconstitutional interpretation of Wisconsin law that they used to launch a secret criminal investigation targeting conservatives throughout Wisconsin. That legal theory has now been rejected by two courts," said Andrew Grossman of Baker Hostetler, the law firm representing Club for Growth. "Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and this is a story that needs to be told to prevent more abuses and to hold the John Doe prosecutors accountable for violating the rights of Wisconsinites."
In response to this smear campaign, Walker responded as follows:
Walker, who is running for re-election and is considered a possible 2016 presidential candidate, responded Thursday by criticizing the case that prosecutors were trying to build.
"It's pretty clear, you've got two judges, both a state judge and a federal judge, who said that they didn't buy into the argument that has been presented at this point," Walker said, speaking to reporters after presenting awards at the 2014 Water Council Summit in Milwaukee. "I think their words speak pretty strongly both at the federal and state level."
Update:
As Ace notes: These liberal prosecutors can't quit him…
Wombat : Walker accused of crimes, but no charges filed against Walker or staff (what's with that)?
TOM: Why do conservatives get slandered, yet liberals get a pass from the media?
Gabe Malor describes how bad the underlying case really is (against the prosecutors)

  1. I saw your comment on Insty's link to Ann. Wow, the stupid is strong with that woman. Similar to your update here; I'd say Ann can't quit the liberal prosecutors.

    1. She is a bit equivocal. Why? It is obvious this is a dirty partisan smear campaign.

  2. Walker has the ability to be a real game-changer, so the Lefties have to destroy him.

  3. Somebody should file a class-action lawsuit against Harry Reid on behalf of molested children. Then con media could run headlines like Nevada Senator Raped Unknown Numbers of Young Boys, According to Legal Documents.
