The Ongoing Fast and Furious Investigation: Eric Holder insulting and rude, Imagine the outrage if a Republican Attorney General said this to a Democratic member of Congress of Latin American origin?

Holder said to the congressman who was born in Puerto Rico, "maybe this is the way you do things in Idaho, or wherever you're from."  Beyond being insulting, it is also a tell about Eric Holder--he recognizes that this is not going away.

What is Fast and Furious about (for those who are new to this)?  It was about creating a connection between U.S. gun sales and Mexican drug cartels so the Obama Administration could sway public sentiment for stricter gun control laws:
Under Fast and Furious, the Obama administration allowed weapons to be sold to suspected Mexican drug operatives so they could be traced to the higher echelons of the cartels. But the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which ran the operation, lost track of hundreds of weapons and many have been linked to crimes, including the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
Why is Eric Holder being pressed on this?  Because documents slowly being provided under subpoena show that Eric Holder has perjured himself to Congress over what he knew and when he knew it.  Republicans are pressing Mr. Holder on this.  And Democrats are trying to cover for him and the President.
Update:  To call Eric Holder’s performance yesterday at the House Oversight Committee hearing unimpressive is to turn understatement into a kind of art form.
