Where In The World Is Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️😬

Priorities. 🤱🏻😬

I am all for people bonding with their kids, but the vast majority of people don't have that luxury. It is not a virtue that some in government and some employers get paid leave like this, when many others don't have that option (yet have to pay for it through higher taxes and higher costs passed on). Members of the military and National Guard certainly don't get this leave option when they are deployed.

We have a transportation crisis that has been unfolding for months. It could easily trigger a recession or worst. Yet the Secretary of Transportation takes off for 2 months of unpaid leave (and counting) because he adopted a baby? He has a stay home husband who can take care of the baby. Like most fathers, he could see the baby after work. I get taking some time off, but taking off like this with a transportation crisis is reckless. I thought these public servants were all about sacrifice for the benefit of the country. Mayor Pete only cares about posturing and his own political career and priorities.

Right now on Fox News, they're pretending that everything about Pete Buttigieg's "fatherhood" is perfectly normal.
